よし！Hellow to all! Miss`Sillies and I would be heading downtown to have lunch and a movie session. Anybardi care to join us for a catchup session? We'd be meeting at 11am (I'd explain later why the early time slot.) at Dhobby Ghaut MRT Control Station. Our plan for the day would be Marche (Heerans) for lunch, and we'd be watching 881 OR maybe a Kbox session! (If we could get JellyFish for the partyworld discount thingy... All the better. XD) Okays, whoever wants to come along could just call either of us. But we're not gonna call you to ask if you're coming okay... You're gonna come at your sole discretion. We're not going to 三请四请。XD

Okays. Let me share an anecdote of what occured this morning at 10am.

My handphone on the table. Heard a buzzing sound with my ultrasoft ringtone (I don't like loud, smoky ringtones.) Groggily, I picked up the phone.

Caller : Hi, is this Tiffany?
Me: Yes, hi. (Semi awake notion.)
Caller : Hey I'm Ernest. I'd like to ask if you're still looking for a job?
Me: Yes, I'm still looking for a job. (More awake now, recognising his intent.)
Ernest: Do you remember the interview you went for with XXX? They think you're good and they want to hire you. Could I know what kind of job you're looking for?
Me: Errr.. 5 day admin job. (At this point of time, startled. XXX got him to call me to ask me what kind of job I'm looking for? WTH? )
Ernest: Okay, I'll give them a call and I'd get back to you.
Me: Oh okay, thanks.

I went to the toilet, and was just looking at myself in my mirror when I heard my phone ring again. Thought to myself, "Can't you take abit longer to call back?"

Me: Hello.
Ernest: Hey, DBS has a 5 day admin job. Starting pay would be XXXX, upon confirmation XXXX. It's not as high as sales jobs though.
Me: Oh. I've got better offers at XXXX...
Ernest: It's actually around the same pay as upon confirmation, and that with OT pay, the pay would be around the same. Morever, there's positions whereby you can rise to.
Me: Oh okay, yea.
Ernest: So when are you free for the interview? Any day next week but Tuesday.
Me: Erm... Next monday? (I was thinking... How come I get to pick? Isn't interview times usually allocated?)
Ernest: Okay, what time would be good for you?
Me: Erm... Say 10am? (I even get to pick the time... WOW)
Ernest: Okay. I'd inform them. Please look for XXXX when you get there. Bye!

Thinking about this really made me laugh. They actually called me up to ask me what kind of job and even offered me a job. The company in question is actually a bank in Singapore. They even let me choose my interview date and time. The first one was an allocated one. I feel so honoured. I ain't not used their services in vain. XD. Oh wells. I'm that lucky. Sweet~ And this is why I request to meet at 11am. Hees~ Okay. Who's coming?

ARGH! ANGRY-NESS-SITY!

Was like playing a dota game with my friend and my brother. We teamed with 2 public in a 5 v 5 -ap dota game. Then they - the pubs, was feeding like mad eventually one of them left. I was using DK doing those nice nice creeping and NC-ing to get my battlefury. Using the leaver as a "chick" i bought my hammer. Afterwhich getting enuff for my BF, i returned to find my hammer GONE! It can't be my bro, it can't be my friend, neither of them have a hammer.

WHICH LEFT THAT SON OF A FEMALE DOG!

He has 2 hammers with him claiming that he is making deso. I requested him to return it to me and he refused, saying that he farmed all that by himself. Futhermore, he still has the CHEEK to tell me to check the replay! My friend and my brother told him to return it to me and at that exact moment, guess what he did? He SHAMELESSLY made a deso! Fucking angry, I quitted. Yes, as an admin status. =D Dunch worry, it isn't an admin game. Followed by my brother and my friend.

There he have it, he want items effortlessly? He can have all our items. Alas his desolator wont even get him one pathetic kill - they all quitted and remaked. Though i must say that i regreted not saving the replay (>__< ") my bad.

Exposed!

Oops! I'm exposed! Stupid Jellyfish has conveniently taken a picture of me at WCG on thursday vs-ing crabwood. Ah yesss! Girl power! But I guess I'm lucky. Let me give an anecdote of the two rounds we had at the computer booths at WCG Suntec.

Round One - Orge Magi (Me) vs Bloodseeker (crabwood)
First thing I bought was dagon. I thought it always worked pretty well with Orge Magi's Ignite, whack, Fireblast, whack, Dagon! And so I killed crabwood 3 times, and we rred game when I managed to push his mid tower at lvl 7 or 8. Ending score was Sent (Me) 4 - Scourge (crabwood) 1. The game was pretty straightforward. XD

Round Two - Juggernaut (Me) vs Tidehunter (crabwood)
Oh my oh my, I never expected crabwood to actually buy dagon to dagon me! I simply bought a crystalys because I believed crystalys to work better with omnislash working more damage on my opponents. (I know I am a Jugg noob. He has a double damage skill. But I like the percentages and base dmg to heighten. :) ) Okay I started off dying 2 times to crabwood's Gush and Dagon due to my short short life. After my spin, I didn't even have a chance to omni. He'd just Dagon and I'm dead. But to remedify the situation, which is pretty simple in fact, was to buy 2 bracers. I was left with 1/6 health, enough for me to omnislash that damn Tidehunter. XD And so again, I won.

On short note, I CERTAINLY DIDN'T WRITE THIS quoted from Jellyfish's previous post; Tiffany`: "muhahaha, we can have someone to torture... finally...." What slander!? NONO! Three boos to Jellyfish. :(

I guess Universities are going to take lots from Zion itself. Both ykk and Jellyfish are heading towards the "greater pastures of life", somewhere I never thought myself to tread. Somehow or rather, much is going to quieten in Zion, where even I am really really settling down to look for a job. Been slacking too much, I need to get a grip on myself. XD

So... Did anybody proceed to the finals of WCG Suntec yesterday for DotA at 3pm? I did, I watched how China vs Malaysia and how the Chinese pawned the Malaysians. It was a close match, with the Chinese having the better hero combination at lanes, and then the Malaysians getting the First Blood and the second blood with a runner (Venomancer).

Hero Combination
Sentinel (China) - Warlock, Zeus, Bristleback, Silencer, Sand King
Scourge (Malaysia) - Queen of Pain, Rouge Knight, Viper, Venomancer, Nerubian Assassin.

My Short Comments on WCG Finals - China vs Malaysia

The Bristleback from Sentinel (China) was soloing Bottom lane against Nerubian Assassin (Scourge), easily farming and nuking the NA with his quill spray. Oh my, but the Bristleback was apt at using this character, he easily outfarmed and nuked NA.

NA was cool, his ulti worked perfectly when Sand King was hiding to blink epi. Sentinel had a rather special combo, Sand King, Bristleback and Zeus would engage together. It worked very well, RK, Venomancer and NA are rather straight deaths. (as I remember. I tend to have.. STM. :P) Viper had blink dagger, so he'd escape many times. QOP though being a blinker, died many times during team engage as his life was short and he was generally unable to take Sand King's epicentre and when the heroes comboed, the Silencer would usually global silence for them to effectively do their killings. QOP therefore died several times.

Silencer was very very quiet throughout the whole game, except for that global silence when Sand King and the rest engaged battle. He was strong, he farmed well, a heart and a cuirass and pawned and tanked late game, dealing high damage and intefering with spells from QOP. All in all, the star of the game was Bristleback (Mid-game) and adding in Silencer (Late game). Oh my, super tankers. So disgusting. Haa!

Coming to think about it, I've been DotA-ing rather less these days, only 3-4 times a day, and more during weekends if I didn't go out. It's very liable to reduce my DotA skills to ashes, which is not very much to speak of in the first place.

National Day is coming soon in just 3 days time. Clubbing on 8 Aug anyone? XD It's ladies night still right? :x

Ok, so you all wont get to see me so often nowadays - School started. Sharks! It was like just yesterday when I ORD-ed last year sept! Dota been pretty freaky recently, all those new updates and versions really getting on my nerve. I mean.. everytime we try to dl new version, the website is either jammed packed with dl-ers or the links aren't working. Oh ya, while we are on the topic of that, did you guys realise that the first link of http://www.getdota.com/ actually belongs to Senior? I bet his head surely swell like fuck. da tuo da tuo xiao yu bu chuo~

Sigh... Been very long since I play dota with the Twits (Note: twits are a group of my friends). Somehow they seems to return recently. Must be my charm. Though not all of them returned but I expect the notorious Lao Clan is going to create a havoc sooner or later. Since I am on the twits topic, just a brief history... I noticed all the "trouble makers" have at least been in our channel at least once. eg. China Gangster, roastbird, jessica, kaka... Lols! those days are priceless. Afterall, Dota is a team game, not?
