WCG FTW! Whooopppieee went to suntec with Tiffany`, Cuteworm, Derek and crabwood today for WCG. Nope, we not entering the competition lah~ Went to kypo kypo. So we were like using the booth there to play dota. And unknowingly I took some pictures. muhahaha~

There u have it! crabwood vs tiffany` in a 1 v 1 match!

Tiffany was like owning crabwood... muhahaha.... girl's power.

On the other topic, recently I notice in #zinc, we have a few interesting conversations. Our users, as usual, manage to give new definitions to words.

Well, i joined the admin team officially in JAN. That makes it 8 months already. (:
I am very happy to be in the team. Okay. I made alot of great friends like sprion, derek, kyouchi, tiffany, frog, khairi, michelle and many many more. I've found a lesbian partner which is TIFFANY. I love her. (: Those who wanna know more about us, you can join us for outings. hahahaha. Discover the crazy things we do.

Oh well, the users here, most of them are very friendly. I've made a handful of good friends. But some of them just turn me off. =/ They either think we owe them a living or whatsoever. Bad attitude comes with bad service. :D So now, i've learnt that if people doesn't appreciate you, so be it. ignore then. If people would be a little nicer, saying thank you or compliment i guess the zion community would grow very fast in a positive aspect. muahaha. We're just gamers like you, we've got things to do too. We are human. please understand!


Lastly, ZINC ROX. (: without zinc. I wouldn't know such great people in the team. Exploring the talents within yourself like singing. HAHAHA. i don't know what to write already. SHUCKS. so that's the end of my first post. (: goodbye people.

Post No.1 - Tiffany`

Wheets! Finally on the contribution sector. Yes, I am Tiffany` from #Zinc, the one and only Admin more adorable than JellyFish himself. (Although I'd NEVER NEVER admit it. Pun intended.) Life on #Zinc is certainly colourful, having both ends of the spectrum, the light and the dark. Unending users continuously hounding us for answers to the same questions I don't know how to answer... Yucks. That is seriously the bad bad bad side to being an Admin. Yes I don't know I am a lousy Admin. I just am not proficient in computers OKAY? What's more... IRC...

When there's the baddie side, there's of course the best side to it. I got to know many many big shots in #Zinc itself, like sprion himself, MrFrog, Savior, JellyFish, Miss`Sillies and many others I ain't gonna mention (come on there are like 30 admins), and witnessed the effort they put into this program. It is simply awesome. I wanted to put all I've learnt at my Diploma into good use here, but it's really very hard because somehow I feel that nobody understands what I'm talking about. (Alien language mind you.) But I believe that everything will have it's way of working out; I believe in a beautiful future for Zion, whether or not it gets recognised. :)

Right here, I've made many friends, we work together, we play together, we have singing sessions when we all can make it! We really have some good singers here and I'm so envious of them! I want to sing well too! (In my dreams yes. :D)

Okays, that's all I want to say for my very first post in Zion's very own blog! Zion FTW! (Yes, I used Zion for 1 year before I became an Admin. XD)

Zion R&R: 2. Admin Life (1 JellyFish Kiss)

I figured since I have time, I might as well post another post.

Jellyfish is the cutest admin.

Being an admin is - Fun. Of course everything has the both side of a coin. We get nice and caring users; we get weird and, should I say totally-out-of-the-world users. Being an admin is also not an easy job, users expect you to be round the clock, 24/7 and to reply them the moment they need your help. Come on~ even singtel customer service department has working hours!

We have our OWN life too! We are just gamers like you and you and YOU!

Another frequent query that we get is that, are zinc admin paid? The answer is "nope!" not a single cent. It's all voluntary work. And if you are computer savvied you might wonder where all those server maintenance fund and website fund come from. It's either from our own pocket or (of course) the donation we received. And I must say some of the admins are under-respected and appreciated. *ahem ahem*

Being an admin do has its advantage. People actually notice you when you speak and i guess this is where the attention seeker craze came in. We get to play around with IRC commands and will always get the inside news the fastest! muhahaha! ADMIN FTW!

But life aren't a bed of rose for alot of us. On the topic of trouble makers... Being called names such as bootlickers or dogs and frequently then not, my families members have to be involved. Sometimes, I do wonder what is the main purpose of trouble makers to even come online and play games when all they want is spoil it? They derive fun from spoiling games? They achieve pleasure from hurling verbal to abuses at us? That's rather sadistic. Remind me of The Saw.

All and all, it's has really been an enriching experience and once again, it is FUN. I have made alot of friends in #zinc and of course other channels such as #binders , #vampirism. Things can turn ugly sometimes but dunch worry, I will be there. =) (shit you, no boo-ing!)

Zion R&R: 1. Blog Posting (1 cookie rewarded)

Alright, this is just a stupid blog created by me aka JellyFsh to entertain myself and those that happened to stumble upon it. Apologise for all the upcoming weak ang moh and dull topics. Okok, i will use the spellcheck function. Sad to say, this is not my virgin blog, for those interested in my personal blog... you can... err.. well.. heck with it.

Anyway, since i have so much time recently, and i feel that zinc is actually a part of my life - i might as well record it down. For the benefit of those that donno me or zinc, let me do a mini intro. For myself, I am currently a zinc admin in charge of the damage control department (dun ask me what it does). I am, unfortunately, a guy. Sorry to disappoint those with raging male hormones.

What is zinc? Zinc (Zion IRC Network Community), created by sprion, allow gamers to get connected to one another through IRC. Currently, we provide emulation for WCIII. Pretty dull stuff, but take a look at the webby though, if you are a hardcore gamer, zinc can provide you with over 1k player from mainly Malaysia and Singapore each night! (sorry pck, no Batam)

So just some upcoming stuff that I might write on. Zinc Admins, Zinc Users, Zinc Events, Dota Stuff, Non-Dota Stuff. Perhaps those that want some inside news of what Tiffany` is like off lined, or why does Shadowz keep getting kisses from male users, stay tune!
